The House
Located in Colegiales, a small, quiet and safe neighbourhood within walking distance of Palermo Hollywood and the 'Soho' district of Buenos Aires, this comfortable guest house is run personally by Claudine, a Belgian who specializes in hospitality management, and her husband Juan, who is an architect and art historian. They speak English, Spanish and French, and understand Italian and Portuguese.
The house was built in 1903 and completely renovated in 2001, preserving its original character and tastefully combining the old and the new. The lovely sun patio, full of plants and flowers, is a privileged place to have breakfast or dinner in the open air. However, because of its many staircases, the house is not suitable for disabled people.
